Returns
1. Time Frame for Returns
• To be eligible for a return, you must send an email to dreamlike4paws@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Items
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
3. Proof of Purchase
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
4. Non-Returnable Items
• Leashes that have been used are not eligible for return.
• Items purchased on sale or during special promotions cannot be returned.
5. How to Initiate a Return
• To initiate a return, please send an email to dreamlike4paws@hotmail.com with your order details and reason for return. You will need to obtain a return authorization before sending items back.
Refunds
1. Refund Process
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
2. Processing Time
• Refunds will be processed within one week after the returned item is received.
3. Refund Notification
• You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
4. Handling Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you received is damaged or defective, we offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate an exchange, please send an email to dreamlike4paws@hotmail.com with details and proof of the damage or defect.
Handling Misdeliveries
If your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us immediately at dreamlike4paws@hotmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
